We’re an online based brand in the United States. For order questions, shipping support, or general inquiries, email us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
- We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. For returns, contact us at tsirkoclothing@gmail.com with your order number.
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Note that sale items, gift cards, and custom items are non-returnable. For EU customers, you have 14 days to return items.
How do I change or cancel my order?
